Mountain weather can be pretty crazy. Sometimes it's warmer on the top than on the bottom. Sometimes it's completely overcast on the bottom but the top can be above the clouds and be sunny and lovely.

Today was one of those days, super foggy on the bottom and low visibility, but we decided to go check the summit and were pleasantly surprised and we approached the top. It was sunny and the view from the summit was breathtaking.

Made me think how many times we assume things in life without checking or trying and how many opportunities we miss.
