Cashew Cream Sauce

Cashew cream sauce โ€“ so easy to make and so great to have in the fridge to use in sooo many dishes!

๐ŸŒฟ 2 cups cashews โ€“ soak for a few hours

๐ŸŒฟ 1 cup of water

๐ŸŒฟ 6 tsp lemon juice

๐ŸŒฟ ยผ tsp salt or to taste

โœ‹๐Ÿพ Blend everything and keep in the fridge for up to 10 days.

This will be on the thick side, just add a bit of water when youโ€™re ready to use to adjust the thickness.

Drizzle on salads, grains, beans, steamed greens... endless combinations!
