Cashew Cream Sauce
Cashew cream sauce โ so easy to make and so great to have in the fridge to use in sooo many dishes!
๐ฟ 2 cups cashews โ soak for a few hours
๐ฟ 1 cup of water
๐ฟ 6 tsp lemon juice
๐ฟ ยผ tsp salt or to taste
โ๐พ Blend everything and keep in the fridge for up to 10 days.
This will be on the thick side, just add a bit of water when youโre ready to use to adjust the thickness.
Drizzle on salads, grains, beans, steamed greens... endless combinations!
