Pear ginger smoothie
I had a couple pears getting ripe fast so decided to make a smoothie with them.
Ended up with this delicious, creamy, nutritious and stunning looking result:
Here's what I used:
🌿 2 pears including the skin, I used Bartlett
🌿 ¼ cup of hemp seeds
🌿 4 Brazil nuts
🌿 ¼ cup unsweetened cashew yogurt
🌿 ½ cup unsweetened non dairy milk, I used soy
🌿 ½ cup of ice
🌿 2 cups of baby spinach
🌿 2 cups of kale
🌿 a piece of fresh ginger
