Zucchini Pea Quiche
This recipe is a variation of the Zucchini leek frittata I shared before. This time I used shredded zucchini, green peas & Swiss chard and turned it into a quiche by using a pre made frozen pie crust. This one is a bit faster to make since there is no sautéing involved like the other one where we need to sautée the leeks before mixing it with the rest of the ingredients, so this one is a nice option for those days where we don't have lots of time to spend in the kitchen.
